Location: Top of the head
Energy connection: The seventh chakra contains the energy that generates devotion, inspirational thoughts and spiritual Connections.
Symbolic Connection: The seventh chakra contains the purest form of the energy of grace. This chakra warehouses the energy generated by prayer and meditation .
Primary strength: Faith in the presence of God and in all that faith represents within one’s life.
Primary fear: Fears of spiritual abandonment, loss of identity and loss of connection with life and people around us.
Questions for Self-Examination
1. What questions have you sought guidance with during Prayer or meditation?
2. What answers to these questions would you most fear?
3. Do you bargain with God? Do you complain to God more than you express gratitude?
4. Are you waiting for God to send you an explanation for your painful experiences?
If so, list those experiences.
5. How would your life change if God suddenly decided to answer your questions?
6. What spiritual truths are you aware of that you do not live by?
